| Technical Description : |
| This is a method for obtaining a population of chondrocytes, said method comprising a step of culturing pluripotent or multipotent stem cells with a culture medium comprising Wnt6 or a derivative thereof. The invention also relates to the use of Wnt6 or a derivative thereof for the treatment of osteo-articular pathologies, and/or for tissue reconstitution or regeneration, and/or the inhibition of the differentiation of mature chondrocytes to hypertrophic chondrocytes.. |
