| Technical Description : |
| By virtue of their abilities to develop an immune response and to initiate a specific T lymphocyte response, mature dendritic cells (DC) are of particular therapeutic interest, in particular in the field of anti-infectious and antitumor immunization and immunotherapy. The present invention relates to the use of L-alpha-lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC) for differentiating ex-vivo monocytes into mature DC and the use of LPS as an immunoadjuvant for the preparation of anti-invective or anti-cancer vaccines. |
